Collaborated with third grade level teachers in designing and implementing lessons, units and projects in all core subjects that met FL state standards and students needs Assisted an after school committee in developing and overseeing an accelerated reading program to increase student achievement in reading Obtained certification in Learning Focused Strategies, inplementing strategies into every day teaching to close the learning gap among students Assessed and graphed reading gains by coordinating and implemented reading portfolio pieces Designed lessons and oversaw the Reading Remediation program for twelve students Met with faculty and parents regularly to discuss student progress and advise on how to increase achievement
