Daily Duties at Conference Plus:

Directed a training team responsible for the development and delivery of new hire and continuing education programs for Operations and Sales staff in the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Curriculum focused on product and process training, employing both classroom and virtual delivery methods. Endeavors included the creation of customer-facing product tutorials for the web, delivery of business-to-business webinars to increase awareness of product and service offerings, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating on the revamp of a competency-based performance management process.
