Daily Duties at Homesite Home Insurance:

Responsible for all aspects of call center recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, making offers, and new hire orientation. Also responsible for maintaining open communication with Supervisors, Team Leads, and Management to ensure recruiting practices are relevant to attract and retain top performers. Maintained recruiting system (Taleo), sourcing and applicant spreadsheets/reports for weekly updates to upper management. Also responsible for researching new background companies and presenting the best one to upper management. New contract saved the company thousands of dollars annually in background fees and wrongful hires.
