Daily Duties at Alaska Communications Systems (Acs):
Worked in a call center environment for Alaska Communications Systems (ACS). My first position was as a collections agent, later as a Customer Service Rep and ultimately a Lead Customer Service Rep (Foreman). I had responsibility for a team of 12 customer service reps who answered phones, providing service on existing accounts and establishing new accounts to the 300,000 ACS customers all over Alaska.
