• Pioneered a vision of sales and marketing data warehousing which resulted in a system that prepared and delivered analytical reports with a proprietary ETL application system. • Led the successful technical reengineered design and launch of an online sales order, MRP manufacturing requirements planning, and quality assurance applications resulting in the creation of a state-of-the-art comprehensive product complaint and sales order system for diagnostics products that met FDA requirements for recording and tracking product defects. Coded, tested, and performed technical reviews of programs and corrected all FDA deficiencies from legacy system.
