Daily Duties at Site Development Company :
Hired, trained, and managed 35 employees. Planned the best allocation of resources, within budget, to meet project expectations. Initiated new contract agreement templates resulting in reduction of exposure and liability. As a Design-Built company provided the following construction Services: AC Paving, Concrete Paving, Grading & Compaction, Underground Utility Lines, Catch- Basins, Swales, Retaining Walls, Erosion Control, Slope Stabilization, Reinforced Concrete Piers & Culverts, Structural & Architectural Concrete, Irrigation & Drainage Systems, and plants and trees installation. Some of the company clients were: • City of Corona Waste Water Treatment Plant • Golden State Water Company • Junipero Serra High School • Slope Stabilization of Mensha Court and Adjacent Streets • City of Huntington Beach Lowland Waters
