Wrote white papers on issues key to company and RI's health care system. • Volunteered to manage daily updates to company intranet, an important vehicle for communicating company activities, issues, and corporate announcements. • Introduced creativity to communications department, including new ads for community WalkRI program; new product brochure drew 90% employee enrollment during an internal pilot test.
