Daily Duties at Tekra Corporation:
Technical sales of printable plastic materials specified based on customer requirements, as well as tapes and adhesive products. Sales were conducted over the phone, and occasionally through direct contact. Managed assigned territory, successfully meeting goals as outlined by management. Initially hired on as an inside sales representative, assumed responsibilities of inside sales manager for the Southeast Division in 1999. This position managed six persons (three in Charlotte, three in Boston), and included annual reviews, disciplinary actions, and goal-setting based on Corporate goals.
