Daily Duties at Confidential:
• Supervise, manage, and train total of six recruiter’s offshore/in-house. • Implemented new Zoniac ATS and trained staff offshore/in-house. • Have daily progress meetings with recruiting team as well as account managers on day to day activities, as well as daily /weekly/ monthly expectations. • Maintain existing clients, generate new business. (Highlights brought in 3 large accounts 1st week) • Source and recruit for various IT positions such as Project Managers, SAP, ERP, CRM, Oracle/OBIEE, Sybase,SQL, DBA’s and Developers, Java/J2EE, Portia, Open Pages Developers, Salesforce Developers.
