Served as Model Office Representative and provided support in testing and training for upcoming Cybertek program updates. Responsible for Daily Cycle output, Error list, Daily Block Control Balancing Provided Back-Up support to all Premium Accounting positions. Handle unusual accounting procedures and systems errors. Assist auditors yearly and compile monthly financial reports. Provide audits of premium and loan payments to policyholders. Handled incoming calls from policy holders regarding the payment status of their policies. Worked closely with the Actuarial Department, Underwriting and IT to provide the best service to our clients.
