maintained the software and hardware used to manage the MBTA’s Operation Control Center and support the implementation of other MBTA Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) initiatives. Researched and implemented cost effective hardware, network, and software solutions for the upkeep of the mission critical systems of the OCC.
