1. Led strategic orbital slot analysis in various frequency bands C/Ku/Ka and S/X-bands, satellite network filings with ITU and FCC, which supported successful implementation of global satellite systems and international joint venture programs; 2. Managed frequency coordination negotiations and due diligence studies for Telstar satellite programs that provided international services, with emphasis on Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific coverage; 3. Supported engineering operations for transponder loading management and satellite interference resolution, which made it possible to achieve efficient utilization of satellite capacity for increased revenue; 4. Participated in SIA Working Group meetings and contributed technical input that was incorporated the satellite industry comments in NPRM process for streamlining the FCC rules Part 25 and Part 15, in particular; 5. Developed a technical coordination methodology based on overall link performance analysis of satellite networks. The proposed methodology was documented as a Working Document at the ITU-R WP-4A meeting and may be used for coordination of VSAT networks in closely spaced GSO environment.
