Provided expert analysis and guidance in the creation of industry-changing corporate development strategies, driving build vs. buy-side acquisition execution. Conducted detailed financial analysis and valuation modeling on merger & acquisitions, joint ventures, and outsourcing deals. Assured balanced risk exposure across portfolio of over 30 deals. Composed phased post-merger integration and corporate restructuring planning. Major Contributions: Participated in multiple acquisition target initiatives: - ADP ($20B) – Led research/analysis of market growth forecasting and competitive product/service pricing. Determined enterprise value by utilizing market multiples and discounted cash flow modeling. - PeopleSoft ($7B) – Supported M&A team in deal assessment process including global market strategy, due diligence, integration risk evaluation, revenue projections and sensitivity analysis.
