Managed monthly/quarterly consolidation of 14 business units and multi-year pre-/post-merger operations planning for $1.7B annual budget. Accelerated cross-functional change management through standardized financial reporting, identification of run rate expense issues, and coordination of cost reduction opportunities. Implemented extensive project business case and capital spend reviews. Acted as lead divisional finance council member for executive special projects, business planning, and balance sheet reconciliation audits. Major Contributions: - Centralized division operations and project spend to drive annual budget reduction of 12% (~$190MM). - Supported global Controller activities for Technology Services Department - $180MM annual budget.
