Daily Duties at Marinco Electrical Group:
Through corporate acquisition, I accepted position as Director of Marcom for a $100 million, multi-brand, multi-segment manufacturing group. Initially developed integrated approach to increase sales results, product awareness and brand image, secure targeted media endorsement; devise brand integration and increase merchandising opportunities in retail and distributor channels • Design and produce global sales and marketing support material to include product packaging, brochures, print and web advertising, trade show graphics, customer catalog design, new product launch collateral • Responsible for development, design and production of over 8 product catalogs per year, encompassing over 8,000 specialty electrical parts across five markets • Orchestrated complete repackaging/merchandising project of Marinco product line. Earned Visual Merchandiser of the Year Award from largest marine retailer in US. • Successfully developed and implemented new PR campaign, increasing media and press coverage by over 300% in initial 12 months • Directed over 30 photo shoots per year for web, trade show, catalog and advertising campaigns • Conceptualized, designed and managed complete redesign of integrated company web site • Manage national and international trade show strategies and execution plans
