Daily Duties at Adecco (Working For Cedefop):
• Assist KMS (Knowledge Management System) project managers in the follow up of administrative procedures, interna and external communication, meetings, logistic needs and information • Daily communication with ReferNet members (from 27 Member States) for the collection of data • HTML formatting of ReferNet input into the eKnowVet database • Administer, draft, type, handle the layout and check the quality of documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Take and prepare notes, minutes, routine correspondence, presentations and other texts that are needed • Support and coordinate the organisation of internal and external events such as meetings, workshops, and conferences • Coordinate the web-formatting procedure (supervision of 2 persons) • Provide training to ReferNet members for the use of the eknowVet interface
