Daily Duties at Cfca:

• Advise the Executive Director on human resources issues related to operation of the Agency • Set up rules for the follow up of the recruitment process creation of recruitment files and templates to be used during the recruitment process • Coordination of the recruitment procedures and participation in Selection Boards • Manage information and procedures on probation reports, appraisal reports, job descriptions and similar personnel administration formalities • Management of leaves and absences • Co-Management of special Belgium I.D. cards and tax exemption • Follow-up the personnel budget and acting as Initiating Agent in ABAC (Commitments, payments) • Coordinate the preparation and update of Personal files for staff members • Liaison person between the Agency and PMO concerning salaries and allowances • Preparation of a training plan for CFCA, the liaison person between the Agency and Trainers
