Allowed tech start-ups to have quality PR on tight budgets; created PR campaigns for IPOs for Digital Think, MediaPlex, and Yahoo Local. Developed pre-and post-IPO programs for more than 15 start-ups. Created EMEA programs for tech starts ups with Burson Marstellar sister agencies. Managed BEA Systems PR account in USA and UK. Built and led global team of 20 professionals across US, Asia and Europe; developed mentoring programs. Hired and retained PR teams throughout the agency
