Successfully positioned Sun storage against EMC, IBM and HP enabling market share gains. Increased agency billings for Sun account from $7 million to $10 million. Managed Sun team of 35 based in CA. and NY.  Developed Emerging Technology group, a new effort for the worldwide #1 PR agency with no retainer budget. Allowed tech start-ups to have quality PR on tight budgets; created PR campaigns for IPOs for Digital Think, MediaPlex, and Yahoo Local. Developed pre-and post-IPO programs for more than 15 start-ups. Created EMEA programs for tech starts ups with Burson Marstellar sister agencies. Managed BEA Systems PR account in USA and UK.  Built and led global team of 20 professionals across US, Asia and Europe; developed mentoring programs. Hired and retained PR teams throughout the agency
