Played an integral role in mentoring the domestic and international sales forces, which included Canada, Europe, Australia, China, and the Middle East Presented and directed marketing / sales tool utilized by the entire sales force increasing productivity in 2004, which led to obtaining of promotion from Sales Training Manager to National Training Manager Supported Sales at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis with the Sale of 60 Excalibure Plus PC, and at Duke University for 150 Excalibures and the Largest Partnership ever executed Supported Marketing Department in launching the System 7500; increased sales in Gastroenterology division by 20% in unit sales Recommended and proposed the very first six-week training program Authored a GI Safety course, which received accreditation from the AORN and SGNA Prepared and delivered presentations at AORN Congress, Digestive Disease Weekly, and the Society of Gynecological Oncologists
