Daily Duties at Conmed Electrosurgery:
Direct overall sales operation of the Electrosurgical Sales and Argon Beam product lines, Domestic United States Sales Force of eight Area Directors and 54 Territory Managers, as well as US distribution networks Develop innovative marketing activities involving customer sale materials and tools, as well as design sales compensation packages Supervise sales personnel including national sales director; mentor, recruit, and facilitate training of new employees; as well as participate in strategic planning Assume full accountability for P&L management, developing manufacturing forecast, handling sales revenue and product manufacturing request; and leading national and local sales meetings Lead negotiation of capital and consumable contracts with GPOs, IHNs, distributors, and local procurement; resolve customers issues and concerns Organize the CEU accreditation program for nurses and technologists Developed a strong referral business through personalized service, quick clinical troubleshooting, and provide product knowledge to clinicians. Delivered structure, motivation and accountability that lead to desired sales results.
