Managed all Payroll Tax records for associates (18000 active & termed multi-state) Audited all employees payroll entries for correct classifications Ensured employees were paid and classified correctly as exempt or non exempt Monitored all employee time records for correct pay Established policy and procedure guidelines for payroll and taxes Handled all Tax conversions due to acquisitions (multi-state) Reconciled all payroll tax records to accounting records Maintained all W2’s for year end processing Produced all W2 corrections as needed Reconciled Comdata Pay Card accounts against general ledger Managed all SUI accounts (multi state) Monitored Uniform expense accounts for field employees Set up and maintained tax records with outside agencies Initiated funding all payroll taxes through tax wires Calculated and processed all expense gross ups for tax purposes as required. Managed all unemployment claims along with claims appeals for the company
