Daily Duties at Fluor Corporation:
Manage Project Controls Team responsible for schedules, cost and progress for refinery expansion project estimated at over $1B. Review, analyze and assist with the developement of project schedules. Review, analyze and assist with cost reporting, estimation and forecasting. Review, analyze and assist with the developement of performance measurement reports. Develop high level presentations for use during program reviews. Hold periodic schedule, cost and performance review meetings with Construction and Project Management.
