• First Piece Qualifications of Toyota Nummi, which was new line coming in • Lead Inspector/Supervisor of the Plymouth Prowler line o Personally requested by customer to be solely responsible of shipment quality • Plymouth Neon – Leading Inspector • Implemented procedures and monitored their effectiveness • Analyzed/presented data from inspection process to Engineering department • Handled defect issues with the customer and developed customer-relationships • Developed effective inspection procedures • Problem SPC charting, monitoring, graphing and reporting data
