Key Accomplishments:  Managed all quality standards and training regarding these standards for paper manufacturing facility and the activities of 600 hourly associates for savings of $1.7M.  Trained and monitored associates on proper procedures and techniques resulting in savings of over $2M.  Served as the Training Project Manager, accounted for developing, implementing and conducting the training of PIMS (Process Information Management System) and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for an annual savings of approximately $4M.  Implemented root cause initiatives to prevent recurrent problems resulting in $850,000 savings.
