Daily Duties at World Kitchen Inc.:
Responsible for developing and implementing training on Quality Planning, Corrective Actions and Internal Quality Audit programs. Served as Training Specialist for ISO system and successfully reworked necessary SOPs by department and facility-wide, trained staff and worked with each department to ensure compliance to ISO standards. Key Accomplishments: Applied QA experience toward managing all Quality Planning, Corrective Actions and Internal Quality Audit programs, as well as, ISO certification for manufacturing/warehouse facility that resulted in a total savings of $2.5M. Significantly improved processes through corrective actions and established new auditing procedures that totaled over $1.7M in profitability – effectively developed and implemented training for these processes. Selected to update ISO systems at World Kitchen and successfully met all deliverables that resulted in certification and retention for new business valued at $5M. Employed the ADDIE method to develop training at all levels on the ISO systems.
