Conducted regularly scheduled, comprehensive inspections of inventory, equipment, facilities and processes to ensure critical 100% compliance with defined and established standards and procedures - developed training program and trained associates on these standards and procedures. Responsible for the ongoing training for performance enhancement and personal growth (from orientation through training, development, and performance evaluation) of an hourly labor team consisting of 20 associates Key Accomplishments: Worked in collaboration with multiple department heads on inventory and quality compliance audits for $240,000 savings. Determined compliance and analyzed quality data for problem resolution resulting in enhanced profitability solutions for $1M savings. Performed root cause analyses to identify multiple process gaps and implemented program changes for over $500K in cost savings. Developed training for the program changes. Spearheaded the project and employed lean manufacturing concepts to significantly improve UPC audits and internal process improvements for $240,000 savings. Worked as Training Manager on this project.
