Implemented and executed process changes for product improvement requirements and new model changeovers to meet program timing across all assembly production lines. Improved tooling design robustness and reliability. Updated PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and AutoCAD prints. Executed plant process change requests. Coordinated error detection vision system installs and improvements.
