Ran and managed the thin films area on a daily basis to insure movement of 9000 wafers per shift, while always focusing on the bottom line. • Supervised team of 15 wafer fab technicians to ensure production goals were met on a daily basis. • Communicated the passdown to the oncoming shift, ensuring a smooth transition. • Ran EH & S meetings on a weekly basis and completed and supervised Safety audits • Promoted teamwork and maintained high morale during a difficult transition. I.E.-Silicon Systems being purchased by Texas Instruments. Increased lines of communication and continued to meet production goals. • Increased production and morale through the use of the plus/minus delta system.
