Daily Duties at Ethics Resource Center, Inc.:
• Served on project team to develop, design, and implement a 10 phase training module for educational training, including facilitators guide and participants guide. • Designed, developed and implemented focus groups, qualitative surveys, and supplemental resources for global ethics/moral based solutions for clients. • Achieved sales through extensive cold calling, networking, and professional presentation efforts to mid to high level clients. • Designed a marketing and sales plan for the launch of a new online product and service that generated over 100 new customers within its first 12 months of conception. • Coordinated and managed the planning of numerous trade shows and exhibitions.
