Daily Duties at Fraser Fontain & Kong:
Monitor daily operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bank balances, investments,) involving revenue inflows of over US$100m. Approve daily posting to general ledger, supervise bank reconciliation, plus reconcile payroll bank account. Review internal control procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Prepare financial analysis of the top ten firms in the industry and compare ratios with a view to identifying material differences and recommending the course of action required to correct deficiencies which adverse affect profitability. Prepare and monitor operating, capital and cash flow budgets. Present monthly financial report to the Board of Directors, no later than the 15th of each succeeding month, with the requisite analysis of variances and recommendations to guarantee achievement of budget targets.
