Daily Duties at Green Mountain Coffee Roasters:
Provide maintenance support on high speed packaging machines used in the manufacture of Keurig K-cups. Repair and maintain all aspects of machines to include electrical to 480v 3ph, electronics, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, plumbing, vacuum pumps, electric motors, variable frequeny drives, etc.. Perform maintenance and PMs on plant facilities such as screw compressors, air dryer systems, central vacuum, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic systems, overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.. Perform preventive maintenance (PM), on a strict schedule, to ensure optimum machine availability and reduced unscheduled downtime. Record all reactive work and PM activity in MP2 software database to generate work order history. Review machine history and performance through MP2 database to ensure optimum performance. Identify negative trends to help troubleshoot issues to root cause. Utilize schematics, blueprints, PLCs, DVM, hand tools, various machine shop equipment, assorted meters and measuring devices. etc..
