-Coordinate work with that of engineers, technicians, and other aircraft maintenance personnel. -Interpret flight test data to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance problems. -Supervise the AV-8B Harrier maintenance personnel. -Manage all scheduled and unscheduled AV-8B Harrier maintenance ensuring mission capable status during operational test and evaluation missions. -Coordinate work requests with the Intermediate Maintenance Activity for maintenance on components beyond the capabilities of the squadron. -Analyze and interpret interim maintenance procedures and schematics for ease of use and recommend a more user friendly solution if necessary. -Qualified as an engine turn-up operator. -Awarded a Navy and Marine Corp Achievement Medal for superior performance during a Commander Naval Air Forces Inspection.
