Daily Duties at Scudder Kemper Investments:
Coordinated mission-critical implementation and integration of Siebel Finance v99.5 CRM solution into sales and account management groups. Interfaced with internal customers and IT resources to identify and document functional needs to prepare technical requirements. Oversaw data conversion and migration, creation of requisite reporting tools, system administration, and issue resolution. • Developed 15 custom reports in conjunction with Actuate reporting portal. • Converted and cleansed data from 10 disparate legacy sources to integrate PeopleSoft solution with asset management data repository.
