Completed entire technical step level progression program. Config Technician: Entry level technician for an industry leader in computer configuration and infrastructure solutions. Demonstrated excellence in information technology and exceeded production quotas obtained by the highest-level technicians. Promoted to Team Leader within 4 months of service.
