•Collaborated with fellow research assistant and professor in the creation and implementation of a Situational Judgment Testing instrument •Managed and maintained files and reports as well as confidentiality of personal information in compliance with APA Ethics Code •Assisted in the development of interview questions and completion of critical incidents interviews •Helped in the preparation of IRB protocols, design of relevant consent and debriefing forms, transcription of handwritten notes, management of electronic and hardcopy data files and reports
