Responsible for the delivery of services to KVMS customers (primarily Fortune 100 companies) and suppliers. Managed communication with internal legal group ensuring risks associated with suppliers were understood and managed; worked with customers to ensure contractual relationships were consistent between customer, KVMS, and suppliers; performed audits of supplier compliance with various contract requirements including insurance, tax certification, and minority vendor status; trained sales, implementation and operations areas about need for contractual safeguards to ensure that the customers’ and suppliers’ receive a consistent message regarding contract issues.
