Daily Duties at Sirius Xm Radio:

• Supported the I.T. Service Desk and all production support functions provided by the Tier 1 service desk including all corporate, enterprise, and call center users. • Drove process improvement and develop and implement methodologies to improve service desk issue resolution process. • Provided effective support, that trouble ticket cases are responded to in a timely manner, and appropriate escalation procedures are followed. • Ensured that delivery and customer service standards are being met. • Conducted customer satisfaction surveys. • Served as the liaison with other I.T. managers regarding the status and resolution of open issues. • Served as the business owner for the Problem Management Process. • Evaluated the various system service outages and service degradations to determine the root cause and its resolution. • Performed root cause analysis to diagnose the problems and recommend corrective actions. • Provided ad hoc reports showing the backup data activity in the data centers. • Generated monthly compliance reports showing the Sirius XM’s compliance with PCI standards. • Provide Tier 2 Level Support and training for the company in usin
