• Performed data analysis to identify patterns and trends within I.T. Operations • Generated a variety of routine, special & ad hoc reports through data extraction techniques. • Responded to requests and/or questions on interpreting data within various databases. • Developed and maintained customized operations management reports. • Participated in the Change Control Board meeting by recording the minutes and creating the agenda for the following meeting. • Managed the ticket creation and resolution for various initiatives pertaining to Change Control. • Generated monthly compliance reports showing the Sirius Satellite’s compliance with PCI standards.
