Daily Duties at Shore Tel Inc:

• Build solution focused relationships with customers, VARS and channel partners, engineering and QA test , product marketing , and support organizations • Demonstrate very strong technical knowledge of software and overall solution while working closely with customer oriented internal and external organizations. • Very strong ability to research market needs and build products and solutions for the current environment. • Exhibited critical leadership skills together with people and project management tools. Articulate and savvy to provide presentations and verbal communication face to the SMB market segments. Communicate crisply with C Level Executives/ VPs/Directors. Collate the information into a Wiki Page in the form of a dashboard. • Work closely with global support organization to manage the critical customers in priority order. Police the status in the defect to make sure the information is there on time, and is meaningful and timely for the vendor and partner technical account managers, customers and for other stakeholders. • Help to give an Estimated Resolution Date for the defects. Be the communication liaison between engineering and GS. • Attend weekly Defect Prioritization meetings .Attend SLA Planning meetings to get agreed upon SLA’s with GS, Development and QA.
