Daily Duties at Qwest:
Sell integrated communication systems that include new service, DSL, Internet Service Provision, PCS and Customer Premise Equipment. Customers include both residential and business. Manage high volume incoming calls, determine customer needs through interviewing techniques, Generate solutions through intense multi-tasking that includes customer interaction while working with over one dozen computer programs and other Qwest departments.
