*Applications Manager: • Conducted multiple release projects for major enhancements to existing systems. Provided internal assistance to support development and implementation of system enhancements. • Evaluated corporate functional business requirements, business processes and legacy system functionality and created functional and technical system specifications. • Designed and implemented a process for gathering system user feedback and categorizing it for future design consideration, enabling definition of high value scope for future releases. • Performed server maintenance and provided network, system administration, desktop and application support to end-users. *Pricing Analyst: • Responsible for the drafting, management and administration of major account contracts and government bids for transportation, loading and discharging of construction project-related cargoes. Managed contracts through request for proposal, completion of bid and contract award. • Analyzed contracts for content, clauses and language discrepancies. Coordinated with legal and management teams to ensure contract requirements were in accordance with corporate and regulatory policies. • Coordinated and performed timely contract reviews and administered modifications and addenda. Worked with Information Management to generate reports on accounts and key contract metrics to track progress for management review. Analyzed data and developed contract database for tracking and reconciling major bid projects.
