Daily Duties at Colour Press:
Conducted daily production meetings. Meet with sales personal on daily activities. Controller. Meet daily with accounting. Review all estimates over $5,000 Coodinate production volume to daily staffing needs. Meet with vendors to discuss pricing and service. Collaborate with sales/customer on new projects. Oversee stystems and procedures. Manage all press checks for quality and consistancy. Evaluate employees for performance.
