Accountable for the operations of the company's entire portfolio of shopping centers (23 in 4 states 1.4 million s.f.). Managed a staff of assistants and accounting support. Prepared and administered center capital and operating budgets. Oversaw all construction activities (entitlements, design, negotiation, and delivery), tenant coordination, leasing and lease renewals, sales of out parcels, center marketing and reviews/analyses of tenant performance data. • Led a fee-based development program for the expansion of a national grocery chain from MD to FL to TN. • Partnered with CVS Pharmacy, as a "Preferred Developer," in an expansion of its Baltimore corporate stores. • Accredited as "Senior Shopping Center Manager" by International Council of Shopping Centers. • Aston ranked among the top 100 developers, nationally, in Shopping Center World's "Top Developer Survey".
