Demonstrated a team player work ethic in interpreting and educating healthcare facility human resources staff, managers, administrators, and CEOs on employee issues, investigations, policies, procedures and best practices. Spearheaded implementation of new Human Resources Information System used by all healthcare facilities and resourcefully designed and developed training materials and “Train-the-Trainer” course for system users.
