Daily Duties at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company:
• Reviewing Corporate and Subrogation legal documents. • Responsible for reviewing and analyzing legal documents, ensuring the documents are imaged and routed to the appropriate departments for proper handling. • Liaison for legal departments in the company across the U.S. to keep the Claims Risk Services Management Department apprised of the status of cases regarding litigation pertaining to Professional Liability, Auto, General Litigation, Toxic Tort, Environmental, Asbestos, Construction Defects, and the Catastrophe Center etc. • Entering information in the service of process database, creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets to monitor legal documents received and to ensure proper handling by the various departments and local counsel. • Computer oriented; Microsoft Word for Windows 2000, 1997, Microsoft Excel for Window 97. Utilize Citrix, Outlook, Lotus Notes, Power Point and Vision.
