Daily Duties at Agi / Cdm:
Responsible for all aspects of a multiple office network (approximately 100 workstations and 8 servers), with the following duties: 1. Ensure continuous operations on all workstations and servers. 2. Provide technical support for all PC/network issues. 3. Plan network and PC updates/additions. 4. Build or order new PCs/servers, and retire outdated hardware. 5. Train users on correct hardware/software operations.
