Fabricated 0.25µm flash synchronous Analog to Digital Converter (CMOS RFIC System Design) 1.Implemented a transistor level design with custom layout and design of a CMOS flash synchronous 4 bit ADC in 0.25µm technology using Cadence Analog Artist and Composer 2.Demonstrated transient analysis with LVS, DRC and post layout simulation using Spectre 3.Successfully led a team of four students Xilinx FPGA Programming – VHDL Code for Elevator Controller (VHDL) 1.Designed, and performed verification and synthesis of Elevator Controller in VHDL using SPARTAN 3 FPGA Board 2.Simulation, Synthesis and Place & Route using Modelsim, Precision Synthesis & Xilinx Project Navigator Designed a Transmission Method for specific Analog signal (Fundamentals of Telecommunication) 1.Fabricated a complete transmission method comprising of three AWGN channels one each for amplitude modulation, frequency modulation and digital modulation techniques 2.Implemented the simulation in Matlab 3.Utilized the generation of in-phase and quadrature noise components, design of FIR filter and mixer 4.Evaluated the channel attenuation with calculation of the signal to noise ratio Developed and designed a Low Noise Amplifier for a WLAN operating at 5GHz(RFIC System Eng) 1.Designed a transistor level design of a CMOS LNA for a WLAN operating at a frequency of 5 GHz 2.Optimization of the proposed circuit done by ‘sp’ simulation and ‘NF simulation 3.Performed transient analysis, with LVS, DRC check run by Spectre
