Daily Duties at Indigo Palms:

· Created awareness for new concept store for Tommy Bahamas chain. · Supported the timeline for Store Opening event, by selecting, interviewing and hiring all 6 sales associates. As well, as conducted associate orientations to complete the on-boarding process. · Mentored and developed associate, who assumed role of Assistant Manager. · Coordinated Grand Opening event and other in-store promotions to create brand awareness. · Evaluated product line and customer feedback to implement improved operations for future stores. · Store posted a profit for the first quarter, and increased forecasted sales by 6%. · Participated in company executive visits where management feedback was solicited on merchandise needs, allocation of goods, and product design.
