Daily Duties at Rmc Property Management:
Management of accounts recievabale and collection staff.Month end reporting to upper management and owner.Correspondence with outside collection agencies.Interacted with attorneys on foreclosures,bankruptcies,proprty sales,and court proceedings.Produced monthly statements.Produced collection reports for month end board meetings.Oversaw all deeded transfer of ownerships.
