Daily Duties at David's Bridal:
· Supervised facility maintenance, staff development, training and Event Management System in one of company’s highest volume stores. · Conducted daily supervision of 35 direct reporting personnel (alterations, receiving, sales associates and customer service representatives) to ensure that operational and financial goals were achieved. · Pioneered Blue Cube Payroll/Scheduling system to maximize staff scheduling and sales, resulting in payroll savings and improved profitability. · Utilized Customer Relation Management skills to resolve customer concerns. · Evaluated store visual displays and merchandise layout to maximize sales. · Served as a floor manager to ensure that customer service levels were being met and Role-played with associates stalls and objections to “closing the sale”. · Facilitated daily/weekly staff meetings to communicate individual accomplishments/opportunities, company strategy and directives to include all components of the business (i.e. conversions, productivity and profitability). · Bridal Show Team Captain, responsible for coordinating local Bridal shows with district partners throughout the year.
